I have been waiting to see the beginning migration of the Humpback Whales.  There are many ways that I have found to encounter the gentle giants.  One is driving along the coast, and seeing them swimming in pods.

At times, I will be out surfing and a pack will be swimming down the coast, or launching out of the water.  It's an amazing site to behold.

Good News Maui!

On Friday the Maui News was talking about tourism being up on Maui, which is fantastic news.  I was staying at the Sheraton in Kaanapali for a couple nights, and for the slow season, there are a lot of people roaming around.  Driving through the airport to go windsurfing, I also noticed that the airport was a lot busier.  The Grand Wailea Hotel and Hoolei Wailea Condominium, and The Wailea Beach Villas in Wailea Maui, are looking at being booked up in the winter season.  So what does this mean for Maui.  Good news, it is a sign of business returning, restaurants are busy, tour boats are weighting anchor.  The Maui real estate market is also going see a busier winter market.  So if you have any questions about Maui real estate, give me a call.
