This is good news, home sales for June in the U.S. rose 11%, which is the highest increase in eight years.  This was report on MSN.com today.  They were saving that buyers took advantage of great prices, low interest loans, and federal tax credits.  They were stating that this is a sign the housing market is coming back, which is good news for the housing market and the nation. Sales have risen for three straight months, so hopefully this will be a turn around point in the market.  Also a step in the direction of recovery of the economy.

Kauhale Makai Maui oceanfront condominium in North Kihei Maui.  Kauhale Makai is a island favorite known for it's quiet beautiful beaches, and scenic island setting.  This is just a wonderful spot to enjoy sunset set views and watch the whales play in the winter time.  It is also a favorite of Maui windsurfers and travelers who come here to windsurf and kiteboarding.  You find that many of these windsurfers enjoy staying at Kauhale Makai.  They can launch right in front of the condo. I love windsurfing on Maui, we have some of the best conditions in the world.

Kauhale Makai offers one and two bedroom units.  Most of the units offer really great ocean views from your unit.  They also have a great pool and BBQ area to throw a few shrimp on the barbie.
