Magical Maui Island have you ever been experienced!

I can't tell you how many times I have talk to people about how lucky we are to own Maui real estate in the Hawaiian Islands. People are drawn to Maui for diffenent reasons.  Some are looking for the mystical Maui experience.  I remember when I first came to Maui, I was looking to live in a grass shack on the beach.  Be able to get up each morning and paddle out and surf.  Ok let's throw in the beautiful island girl, and a cool pick-up truck. Lets roll the clock 36 years later, I did marry the beautiful island girl, my pick up truck is always loaded with windsurf or surfboards, but I can't afford to own on the beach.  Two out of three is not bad.

Over the years I look at all the different people that have been drawn to Maui.  Mark Twain, Jimmy Hendrix Rainbow Bridge, I have had the good fortune to meet Fleetwood Mack, Neil Young, and Willie Nelson is a fixture on Maui's north shore.  I always enjoy listening to people's stories, of why they came here.  Corporate giants cashing in their chips for a quiet life, no more business suits, instead a pair of slippers and shorts.  No more power lunches, instead lunch at Flat Bread Paia with your good friends.  Trade in the board meeting, for a good surf session on your surf board.

Then you have the second home folks.  They might be the snow birds, getting away from the winter weather.  Kihei and Wailea is a favorite for many.  A round of golf in Makena with the boys is a popular way to spend the morning.  I met a steady flow of migration part-time Mauiians.  You meet then at Kanaha Beach windsurfing and Kiteboarding.  They come here from all over the world.  I love it; you make friends with people from Germany, Italy, England, Canada and Japan.  Everyone is here enjoying the stoke of Maui with a big grin on their faces.  So what ever your reason is, Maui is always constant with perfect weather, great beaches and the land of Aloha.
