Got Paradise?

Got Paradise?

I was working at one of our sales sites in Wailea.  This couple came in from Scottsdale Arizona to view the model.  They mention that they sold their Wailea Maui oceanfront condos a couple of years ago.  They also mention that they were retiring and wanting to spend more time on Maui.

I mention that I heard it was nice in Scottsdale.  He look at me and said do you see that view as we both looked over at the beautiful ocean view and a clear windless day.  I said say no more that is the reason I have been here for over 36 years.

Okay the economy is slow but people are not going to stop coming to Maui.  The reason is this place is just too beautiful, clean warm ocean and just a skip across the pond. So there might be a speed bump in the economy but people are not going to stop coming to Maui.

If you are looking for Maui real estate drop Steve a line.  He has lived on Maui for 36yrs and knows Maui

Hi Steve - it sure looks like Paradise to me and I would like to have your weather in our little bit of Paradise!

Cheers from one Paradise Islander to another!

Aloha David,

Actually I love Victoria. I stop there returning from Whistler  a few years ago. I have been wanting to get back there for a visit. It is the opposite beauty of Maui.

Hi Steve-

I was in Hawaii teaching at the CRS Sell-A-Bration this past January. So, if you ever find buyers wanting Paradise but not ready to travel out to your neck of the woods, send them to Paradise East...aka Naples, Florida! We offer very generous referral fees. Thanks for sharing the beautiful photos.

Great post, Steve. I hope to make it to your beautiful Island one day. Just about everyone in my family's been there but me. The photos are great. Hope you have a fine week ahead.

Aloha Steve,

One of these days my wife, son and I will have a holiday in Hawaii. Everyone who has been there has recommended it to us and it sure looks beautiful. Yes, you're right about Victoria and Hawaii being opposite in beauty.  We do have great beaches here and very cold water, but it hardly ever snows, which is not what most people in the world imagine when they think of Canada! I guess you're a skier as well as a surfer (considering you have been to Whistler).

All the best.

Hi David,

When I was in Victoria around 8 years ago it started snowing in Victoria. It was beautiful. I have talk to surfers from your area that surf which I was surprised. I would be up for that experience. I need to get back up there for a visit. I missed high tea at the empress.
